データ削除について

1. アプリ内で削除する（推奨）

1. 本サービスにログインします。
2. 「アカウント設定」画面を開きます。
3. 画面下部の「退会する」ボタンを押します。

退会すると、アカウントに紐づく以下のデータが速やかに削除されます。

• プロフィール情報（メールアドレス、パスワード等）
• 入力した設定情報（シェフ情報・ターゲット情報・投稿ルール等）
• 本サービスが生成した投稿文および投稿履歴・インサイト情報
• Threads 連携情報（ユーザーID・ユーザー名・アクセストークン等）

2. Threads 連携だけを解除する

アカウント自体は残したまま、Threads との連携のみを解除することもできます。 「アカウント設定」画面の Threads 連携欄から「連携を解除」を押すか、 Threads（Meta）側の「設定 → アプリとウェブサイト」から本アプリを削除してください。 連携を解除すると、保存していた Threads のアクセストークンおよび連携情報は削除されます。

3. メールで削除を依頼する

アプリにログインできない場合などは、下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。 Threads のユーザー名（@から始まるID）またはご登録のメールアドレスをお知らせいただければ、 本人確認のうえ、該当データを速やかに削除いたします。

Data Deletion Instructions (English)

You can delete your LETTER COOK account and all data associated with it at any time from inside the app: open Account Settings and press the "Delete account" button. This removes your profile information, the settings you entered, the posts generated by the service, their publishing history and insights, and your Threads connection information (user ID, username and access token).

You may also unlink only your Threads account from Account Settings, or remove the app from the Apps and Websites section of your Threads/Facebook settings. To request deletion by email, contact rkkdm62@gmail.com with your Threads username or registered email address and we will delete the associated data promptly after verifying your identity.
